Here's another one I did at a PAAC paintout in November in Boulder Co. Dpwdy Draw is one of the trailheads for the Boulder Parks system.

Morning On The trail, 9 x 12.

We had a really warm afternoon  in November and I thought - time to get painting while I have the opportunity of good weather so I set off to nearby Hamms Pond, always a good place for sunsets.  The view, which used to encompass a wide swath of the mountains is now covered up by several large apartment buildings on the left blocking some of the scene. So I did a vertical 9 x 12.  November Sunset. This one is at the Glass Tipi Gallery in Ward.

Here's a plein air I did at one of the Boulder PAAC paintouts back in November after one of the first snowstorms. The fields had melted off but the foothills were still snow covered and the weather was relatively warm. It was a cloudy day with patches of sun occasionally hitting the fields. This is the effect I was trying to show. This one is up at the Glass Tipi Gallery.
